Ground espresso beans and chipotle peppers provide a smoky, robust flavor in this complex seasoning blend. Our espresso seasoning is carefully balanced to appeal both to people who love coffee and people who don’t.  Coffee has long been used in small amounts to provide depth of flavor in both savory and sweet applications without making them taste like coffee.  This zippy seasoning is robust, bold, and aromatic with a hint of smokiness from the espresso and chipotles. Espresso Seasoning can be used to turn up the volume on your favorite beef, lamb, chicken and pork dishes. 

This sauce’s thick and rich recipe (no water added!) coats your food and caramelizes into a mouth watering, finger-licking coating that compliments your BBQ. Our BBQ Sauces start with vine ripened tomatoes, not the market norm of ketchup.  This gives you a thick and rich sauce that won’t run off your meat and onto the grill, allowing you to use less than you would need of the mass market sauces.  

The addition of a blend of chilies to our original BBQ Sauce adds a delightful kick for those who prefer more heat.
